Ben is the fifth generation of his family to work in flooring, and he grew up in and around the Dixon store. His experience covers large commercial installations and detailed residential design work alike, so he is as comfortable reviewing a set of project specifications as he is helping a homeowner decide between two carpets.

For Ben, ownership means accountability for every job that leaves the building. That standard is the reason customers keep coming back, and often send their neighbors with them.

Joe runs day to day operations across our stores and brings more than a decade of flooring experience to the job. He started on the sales floor and worked his way up, so he understands what every role on the team actually requires and leads accordingly.

Customers rely on him for direct product guidance and a practical eye for design, and many are surprised that he still remembers the flooring they selected years earlier.

Michelle manages our office and accounting with more than 30 years of experience in construction related businesses. She keeps billing, vendor records, and project paperwork in order for both the retail and commercial sides of the company, and she is usually a step ahead of what the team needs.

If you have a question about an invoice, a payment, or the status of your order paperwork, Michelle is the person to ask.

Bill manages our largest and most complex commercial projects, which is why he spends most of the week in the field rather than at a desk. He coordinates installation crews, holds schedules together, and keeps the work to the standard our commercial clients expect.

When a project runs into an obstacle, and most eventually do, Bill is the one who finds the way around it without losing the timeline.

Brian manages the operations team and our installation crews. He also assists our commercial department in creating detailed and accurate estimates. When thoughtful solutions to complex situations are needed, Brian is the go-to guy.

He is also the person most likely to fix, build, or improve whatever the building needs that week.

Nick supports the sales team behind the scenes, keeping orders, schedules, and customer follow up moving so nothing gets lost between the sale and the installation. He came to flooring from large scale operations management, where he supervised a staff of more than 180 and ran daily operations for an attraction hosting over 460,000 guests a year.

He holds a degree in Recreation, Sport and Tourism from the University of Illinois, with a background in labor budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss management. Outside of work he serves as an assistant regional director for Special Olympics Illinois.

Holly is an NKBA certified kitchen and bath designer with nearly 20 years of experience, and she works with clients out of both the Dixon and Freeport showrooms. Her designs have won awards and been featured in design publications.

What clients tend to remember, though, is how clearly she turns an idea into a plan that can actually be built. She is precise about measurements, materials, and budget from the first meeting forward, which is what keeps a remodel on track.

Morgan is a Carpet One certified flooring specialist with nine years in the industry and real depth in new construction. She is comfortable working from builder plans and selection sheets, and equally helpful on a single room replacement.

Her approach is consultative rather than pushy. She asks how a space is actually used, then narrows the options to the products that will hold up and fit the budget.

Mike spent more than a decade owning and operating an insurance agency in Fulton, where he was a leading producer year after year. That work was built on in home consultations and long term client relationships, and it shapes how he handles a flooring project: understand the space and the budget first, then recommend the product that fits.

He is also a longtime head basketball coach at Fulton High School, twice named Clinton Herald Coach of the Year and the second winningest coach in program history. Expect the same preparation and follow through on your estimate.

Javier manages our Freeport store and brings a broad sales and operations background to the role, including windows and doors, commercial laundry systems, and running his own landscaping company. He is methodical about follow up and puts the same structure behind training his team as he does behind serving customers.

He is active in the local business community and knows the Freeport area well, which shows in how quickly he can point a customer toward the right answer.

Kurt manages the Freeport warehouse and has spent decades in the flooring industry. His product knowledge runs deep, and his recall for orders, materials, and exactly where a given roll ended up saves the store time every week.

He is also among the most dependable people on our payroll. Last year he did not miss a single day.

Telli keeps the Freeport warehouse organized and handles nearly every delivery out of that store. He unloads freight, stages material, and gets orders to customers and job sites on time. When Telli is not back in the warehouse keeping things organized, you will find him up front helping customers make flooring selections.

He is consistently good with customers and quick to step in wherever the store needs an extra set of hands.
